If your ordered item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for a replacement of the same item, or one of equal value. We do not offer any further refunds or exchanges. If this is the case, please send us an email at zoe.drsbags@gmail.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require proof of purchase. This policy lasts 30 days from Order Confirmation.
